というセミナーに参加している。
経営者が集まって討論したり、コンサルタントの先生の話を聞いたりする会だ。
自社の問題点を発表し、それについて他の経営者が解決のアイデアを出し合う。
違う業種・業界だからこそ出てくるアイデアもあるし、「社外」だから自由に言い合える。
会社を創って明日で半年になる。
『経営者は孤独だ』という言葉が、なんとなくわかるようになってきた。
そんな中、このセミナーはとても勉強になる。
先日のセミナーでは、いっぱいダメ出しされた。
で、次のセミナーまでにやるべきことが２０個くらいできた。
それをひとつひとつ着実にこなしていく。
次回発表するのが楽しみになるくらいの成果をこの１ヶ月で出していきたい。
